Because The America’s 250 Collection includes both our own products and curated USA-made goods from trusted vendors, shipping times and return eligibility may vary by item.
Shipping
Most available items ship within a few business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Some products may ship directly from our shop, while others may ship from USA-based vendors, makers, or fulfillment partners.
If your order includes items from multiple sources, your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label has been created.
Returns
Return eligibility may vary by product type and vendor. Items generally must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, limited-run, or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
